Artist's Description

The Image was shot in the studio. It was a tribute the many people who lost their lives in the attack on 09/11. An old combination lock was used to create the photography. Here is the explanation of the lock and its combination. The memory of 9/11 will be locked in our minds and hearts forever. The out of focus 9 with the web covering it, stands for the past. It is covered with a web simulating the past, out of focus but never forgotten. The sharp focused 1 shows us the present. The out of focus 1 is the symbol of the future. It is unknown and not clear.

Being artistic is Steven's God given talent. He has been drawing, and painting since he was a kid. Photography provided his next pallet. His first big "gig" was being selected as a photographer for his high school year book staff. Since then Steven has produced images for the Lexington Chronicle, Lexington Life, Southern Skies, Contact, AOPA flight training, Kitplanes magazine, Windsock Productions, several newspapers, and multiple private clients.
