The memory of 9/11 will be locked in our minds and hearts forever. The out of focus 9 with the web covering it stands for the past, it's covered with a web simulating the past, out of focus but never forgotten. The sharp focused 1 shows us the present. The out of focus 1 is the symbol of the future. It is unknown and not clear.
